As a Car Sales Associate, you will serve as a key automotive consultant, engaging with prospective buyers, guiding customers through new and used vehicle selections, and demonstrating modern vehicle technology.

Responsibilities

• Connect directly with showroom and online guests to identify their vehicle needs and preferences.

• Present in-depth vehicle knowledge across our inventory, showcasing key performance features and tech options.

• Guide customers through an seamless purchasing process from initial greeting through vehicle delivery.

• Lead customer test drives and demonstrate vehicle safety and convenience technologies.

• Cultivate long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and client referrals.

• Stay informed on current automotive trends and dealership inventory highlights.

• Work collaboratively with our sales management and marketing team to meet monthly store goals.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and active communication skills to connect effectively with diverse buyers.
