Our 5 Day LOVE IT OR RETURN IT exchange policy is straightforward and haggle-free. Day 1 starts when you pick up the vehicle in-store or the day D-Patrick delivers it to you, If the vehicle is in comparable condition to when you purchased it, and you have driven under 300 miles, you can exchange it for an equal or lesser value vehicle. You just need to bring it back by 5 pm CST on the 5th calendar day, Please note, we cannot accept a return in which the car has been modified, damaged, or altered from its original condition when we delivered it to you, This exchange policy is valid one lime, and only on the initial purchase. The value of your exchange, on any other vehicle in stock, will be the full purchase price of your vehicle excluding accessories, documentation fee, and service and preparation, This exchange policy is not valid for vehicles sold "As-ls" wholesale, fleet, business purpose, or structurally altered vehicles, This exchange policy does not allow cash back.
